[/i]The Underworld. It's what the Ancient Greeks, Romans, and Egyptians all believed in, although only one of them got it right.
Grecian Mythology.
Now, there are restless souls trapped outside the Underworld, becoming more and more powerful, and are able to contact the Real World through normal people. These people gain unique traits and statuses among those of the Underworld; their gifts just appear out of the blue, without their knowledge.
As I speak, souls are becoming stronger, more apt to choosing those of us to contact. Those who are the strongest are speaking of revolt, of turning the Underworld to the Real World, so they can get off the Shore and live again.
Only time will tell how long it will be until they attempt it.
We are doing all we can to prevent it.
