It means to him that his clan is growing strong and that he can fine warriors that he can befriend and trust with their life as well as his. Falconstar is a fierce warrior that doesn't appear weak and helpless as some might think from other clans. He doesn't let a fight go unattended, and he doesn't risk his warriors' lives for a fight that could be solved a different way. He would rather reason with a cat first before attacking. Give them fair warning before the tension settles in between each clan and cat alike.
Falconstar, the cat who would be there to lend a helping paw no matter what the deed is. If he is going to serve his clan, he might as well help them to the point they don't need much help anymore. A deed could go undone without a helping paw. He risks his own life to help his clan mates. He risks a lot for those he loves and trusts. The tom knows a friendship lasts longer when the bond is stronger between each other. He prefers to be among friends than by himself. Falconstar thinks better with the chatter of clan life around him.
History
History; falconstar wasn't always a leader as some new cats always see him as. he was once a kit like them, but a long time ago. he was apart of a litter of three. two she-cats and a tom. his sisters were younger than him and he was always the bold and quiet one. his sisters were always the more naughty and got in more trouble than him. he would only follow them if he really wanted to know what something really was. he was seen as the older one of the group and was more discipline than his sister's because his father had told him he knew better than that. and he had to set an example to them. though falconkit did not know how he was suppose to do that when he was only a few minutes older than them. his sisters always did things together leaving him out because he was dragging them along and not doing anything fun and extreme.
when he became an apprentice he had the deputy as his mentor. tallstorm made him work to his best ability everyday until he got better what he was learning. tallstorm was a good warrior and deputy, everyone loved him including falconpaw. falconpaw looked up to him a lot, even though he was devastated when he was killed in a battle against shadowclan. falconpaw sat the entire night awake with his mentor for the vigil of his death. no one stopped him from going to back the apprentices' den to sleep. birdstar told him to go to sleep and that she would find him a replacement for his training. even though birdstar eventually became his new mentor knowing that it was probably be a lot easier for him. falconpaw eventually got back into training with birdstar, but it was hard for him since he was so fond of tallstorm.
as a warrior falconclaw was a good warrior and friend. he helped those who needed help and he protected those he loved. his heart went out to goldenleaf. everyone knew they were a good match for each other. they equal each other out perfectly. they were a pair for sure, they always hunted together or at least when they were able to hunt together. though they never had the chance to have kits of their own. goldenleaf died from greencough. he didn't know if he could ever move on from her death. he seemed miserable around the camp, but someone he managed to get through it.

The snores of the other warriors maker their way to her ears as she is beginning to sir. None of those snores or familiar scents are those to her mate, Inkheart. She hasn't seen him in a while and doesn't know what to think anymore. She's been in Shadowclan for sometime now, but if feels so lonely now without that black and white soul she fell in love with near the Thunderpath some seasons ago. Hickorystone felt lost without a friend, an enemy that was nice enough to help her up when her own clan abandoned her. Her old mentor even abandoned her. Was she meant to be lonely for the rest of her life or was she just one of those cats that wasn't meant to be with a cat for very long and they just disappeared from her? She wanted answers for her problems, but she knew they would never be answered. Those were the questions that would never be answered for her. They'll haunt her until her grave and maybe then once lying in her grave she'll find those answers that made her wonder so much of what happened to those she loved and cared for so much.
Hickorystone made her way out of the Warrior's Den with the early morning just beginning to wake up with a new day arriving. She felt like she had been sleeping for two whole moons. She felt so much relaxed from the sleep she got, but her body ached. Not from hunting or practicing her battle moves out in the forest, but from the lost of a friend. The lost of her beloved mate where ever he might be. Hickorystone sat in the cold early morning breeze staring at the sky as sun is making it's way up above the horizon from its slumber. She could hear the birds chirping to one another in the distance. She could tell that not many other cats were awake at this time, they must have when to sleep later that she had. Then again she when to sleep a little earlier that everyone had been because she had nothing better to do. Though when her head touched her paws she went to sleep instantly dreaming of her past and of her beloved parents that she never really knew.
Hickorystone stretched her limbs out as far she could stretch them until she could feel the pull of her muscles. She sat near the edge of camp and wrapped her tail around her paws as she started to wash her self as well as to warm her body up from the cool morning breeze. She awaited for the next soul to open their eyes and come out to the dens to welcome the new day.
