forum rules

- please be respectful to those around you. we aren't your parents where you can backtalk to and they won't care. treat others the way you would like to be treated.

- you must be thirteen (13) years of old to join. if you aren't, please leave and come back when you've reached the age of thirteen.

- no double posting. there's a modify button on everyone of your posts. click it and edit your post. no need to spam the thread with posts belonging to one person.

- keep the foul language to a minimum please. we aren't banshees who swear and rave up and down like monkeys. be polite. it's the least you could do.

- no chat speak. please. if you aren't on a phone texting someone. it's just nice to understand what people are saying when they use complete sentences and actual words.

- when advertising, use the advertising board. don't pm other members to join your site. if someone is doing this, please pm a staff member and they will handle the situation.

- please make a new account for each character. then we know which character is which, when you role-play with them.

role-playing rules

- you may have up to five characters on the site. if you can't handle all of them, we will ask you to get rid of them or set them up for adoption so that others may use your character instead of killing them off. please don't make all your characters one gender. even them out.

- the post minimum is one-hundred-fifty (150) words. this gives us a reason not to post one line posts. if you don't have the muse, do what you can up to the post minimum. you don't have to go all crazy on your post. or don't post at all if you feel the post will turn out bad.

- when achieving the word count, don't use foul language in your posts. cats don't speak like that. and they sure don't in the books. let's be reasonable. codeword; may starclan guide you. if you can't come up with anything, maybe think about the surroundings, thoughts the cat is having or what they think of the other characters in the thread.

- there is to be no graphic scenes of any kind. you may tell the she-cat is pregnant, but we don't need a scene. as well as birth scenes, we don't need a graphic scene. just have the kits roll out like they are done in the books. this isn't a porn site.

- no power-playing other members' characters. this means taking control of someone else's character and not allowing them to move their character before something is done. don't do it.

- same as god-modding. this means your character acts as if they are god and nothing can't hurt them. everyone has their weaknesses. the only thing that can't be hurt are starclan cats because they are ghosts and are among the dead, but that doesn't give you a reason to make them appear god like.

- we are not in liquid time. meaning you cannot be in more than one thread at a time. it makes thing simpler for you to know where your character is at all times.

graphic rules

- signatures must not be larger than 500x250. they stretch the page if they are larger than that and things get a bit out of hand then.

- avatars may not be larger than 100x100.

- please no pornographic pictures. there's no need for them.

- it is nice to have a signature and avatar for your cat. if you cannot make one, then request one. surely someone would be glad to help you. if not an avatar is perfectly fine.
